7-10 years old as of December 31, 2018
The Novice 1 Group consists of 1st or 2nd year competitive swimmers that compete in 1-day or 2-day competitions once a month on average. This group trains twice a week until late June.
The 2018-2019 schedule is tentative and subject to change.

Caity has spent her whole life around pools, competing with various clubs in Ontario before transitioning to Triathlons and marathons in university! She was a Masters Swim and Triathlon Coach at the YMCA for five years before joining the Club Warriors coaching staff. She is excited to be back on the deck with kids again!

Coach Emily has been swimming competitively at the regional and provincial level for seven years, at CW for the past three! She will be completing her final year as a swimmer with Club Warriors in the Elite group, with plans to head off to University next year. Emily has been coaching in the Novice group for three years and is looking forward to getting back to the pool to work with both new and former Warriors this season!

Coach Katherine has been a competitive swimmer at the regional level for the last six years and this is her fifth year swimming with the club. Katherine has been volunteering and coaching with the Novice group for the past 4 years. She also swims with the WCI team!
